What do the 1:1 sessions entail?

I like to get practical! Generally we will start with some vocal warm ups, breath work and movement to get you relaxed and ready to work. Tension is the enemy of a powerful voice! Because 1:1 sessions are specifically tailored to you and your goals, it's not possible to be prescriptive but I might include work on connecting with your authentic voice, powerful posture, how to own the room, lifting text off the page, storytelling techniques, active listening skills, troubleshooting vocal/postural habits and plenty of practice, practice, practice.

How does your service work?

First we connect via a call, so I can find out what you are looking for and you can get an opportunity to see if I'm the right person for you! If we decide to go ahead, for 1:1 work I generally suggest starting with 3 x 1 hour sessions, either online or in person. They can be spaced out weekly, fortnightly or however suits you best. We establish some (gentle) goals and get started.

For workshops you can choose my off the shelf topics (see LINK), or I can design something specific for your audience.

How much does it cost?

All sessions vary because all my clients are different, with differing visibility blocks, voice and hiding habits. As a general rule of thumb, I work in hourly blocks starting from £80 per hour, recommending a minimum of 3 sessions to get you going. Most of my clients book at least one more block

Do you offer help with writing a speech?

Yes! I can help you craft a compelling speech or presentation, incorporating storytelling techniques to keep your audience engaged. Whether it's a keynote, a work presentation or even a wedding speech, I can walk you through a framework that works to the time you have and incorporating the content you need to cover. We can hook your audience with a great start, brilliant middle and triumphant end, using interactive hooks to keep them at the edge of their seats. Even boring facts can be made interesting with the right treatment!
